Refunds & Cancellation
We want charges to be predictable and easy to stop. Here's exactly how it works.
Cancel any time, online
In the app, open Account → Manage billing → Cancel plan. You can also cancel at link.com by signing in with the email you paid with. It takes a few clicks, with no phone call or email needed. You'll get an email confirming the cancellation. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
7-Day Pass
- One payment of US$5. It never renews and is never converted into a subscription. Your card isn't saved for future charges.
- The pass lasts 7 days (168 hours) from purchase, then ends by itself. There's nothing to cancel.
- Refund: full refund if you ask within 48 hours of purchase and haven't exported any file that needs the pass. After that the pass isn't refundable.
Monthly plans (Maker and Seller)
- Renews every month until you cancel.
- New subscriptions: if it isn't working for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- After that, monthly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one.
Yearly plans (Maker and Seller)
- Renews every year until you cancel. You'll get an email at least 7 days before each renewal with the amount and a cancel link.
- Refund: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal charge.
- After 14 days, you can cancel to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of the paid year.
- Founding member price: if a founding-price subscription is refunded, or cancelled and allowed to expire, the founding price ends. A later subscription is at the regular price.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@extrudable3d.com from your account email with your receipt number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Payments are processed by Stripe, through its Managed Payments service, which issues the refund.
Things we'll always do
- Refund you in full if we charge you by mistake, or if a technical problem on our side stops you from using what you paid for and we can't fix it.
- Refund the unused part of a paid plan if we close your account without cause or discontinue the Service.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live. If you're in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. If you start using paid features before those 14 days end, you ask us to begin immediately and agree that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully provided, as the law allows. Our 14-day yearly refund and 7-day monthly refund apply either way.
